SFREP is excited to support you in your journey of experience with the AI PAREA program! Read on for everything you need to know about Appraise-It Pro.
If you ever need help, please don’t hesitate to

Initial Setup
Once you’ve registered with the AI PAREA program, we’ll create your Appraise-It Account.
Watch for an email from us, subject line “Appraise-It Account Created,” at the address you
used to register for the AI PAREA program. This will contain your account username
(your email address) and a temporary password.
(Can’t find it? Please check your spam folder, then reach out to our sales team for assistance.)
With your credentials in hand, you’re ready to install and register Appraise-It Pro.
Download the installer
and run it, then double-click on the Appraise-It Pro icon on
your desktop to launch the software. Click the Register button, then enter your email
address and temporary password. Follow the prompts to set your challenge phrase,
challenge response, and new password to complete your registration.
You’re all ready to use Appraise-It Pro!
During AI PAREA
While you’re an AI PAREA participant, you’ll have full access to Appraise-It Pro’s features and functions.
The only exception is your User Profile, to prevent entering personally identifying information in the
signature section of your reports and signing your reports. (For the purposes of AI PAREA assignments,
you aren’t required to fill out the signature section or sign reports.)
If you have any questions about Appraise-It Pro, in addition to our
online knowledge base and
video library, you can reach
our technical support team seven days a week by
instant chat,
phone, or
email.
Support hours of operation, including holiday closures, are always up to date on the SFREP website footer and
Contact page.
After AI PAREA
Once you complete the AI PAREA program, we’d love to keep supporting you in your appraising journey.
Please contact our sales team to convert your AI PAREA software license to a standard license, unlocking
the ability to populate your user profile and sign your reports, and enjoy six months free on us to help you
get started in your new career.
