Development

Our software programmers and designers, based in the mountains of Western North Carolina, are some of the most dedicated, educated, and experienced in the industry; most have worked at SFREP for over ten years. They use the latest frameworks and technology to create the most advanced, stable, and easy to use appraisal software available today.

Sales

Customer service is our highest priority. SFREP's sales team provides it with a smile and the southern hospitality that has won them praise from our customers for almost four decades. Their goal is not to sell you more; it’s to sell you what you need.

Technical Support

Selling great software is one thing, but where SFREP shines is backing that sale up with the absolute best technical support in the industry. Our techs are based in our Sylva, NC office and work right alongside the developers who created the software. If you ever experience a problem, they are there to help seven days a week.
