How do I attach my VA contract to my report?

The VA requires the original sales contract to be appended to your report before uploading to their web portal. There are several ways to include this document in your report, depending on the format of your copy of the sales contract and the final delivery method of your report.

If you have a PDF and will not be delivering a PDF

Method One
Follow these steps to copy the sales contract PDF into your FAX/SCAN Addenda. Repeat the steps for each page in the PDF.

Method Two
Follow these steps to insert the sales contract PDF into your Word Processing (PDF) addendum.

If you have an image file or hard copy
Follow these steps to load or scan your image(s) into your FAX/SCAN Addenda.
