What's new in Appraise-It?

Appraise-It 10.2 (scheduled 09/22/10)

• Sketch-It returns as a 32-bit program that will work with current operating systems and 32-bit Appraise-It
• RELS VSS Connection allows for direct upload from Appraise-It to RELS
• Includes the new ERC6 Summary Appraisal form, dated 08/2010

Appraise-It 10.0 (released 07/08/10)

• A new automatic update system ensures you are always up-to-date and prevents version mismatch
• AIReady integration now features a list of all addenda in the report, allowing you to pick and choose
• Redesigned-from-the-ground-up Street Maps supporting panning, zooming, property thumbnails, aerial views

Appraise-It 9.4.2 (released 04/16/10)

• The spellcheck utility now highlights misspelled words in extended comments and Word Processing pages
• A new automatic report repair utility automatically detects and fixes corrupt report files

Appraise-It 9.4 (released 02/15/10)

• Over 150 improvements based on customer feedback and to improve stability and overall function
• Adds the ability to set the font for the main form, the extended comments, or both at the same time
• The F-key toolbar now extends to take up all available space for better visibility
