- Automatic Date of Sale adjustments are now calculated using a simple rate rather than a compound rate, but the compound rate has been retained as an option in Preferences
- The Report Validator now checks comparable data against prior reports to prevent inconsistencies in the Gross Living Area, Sale Price, Site, Condition, Quality of Construction, View, Location, and room count fields
