If you try to upload a 1004D that is an addendum to a main report to AIReady, other addenda, such as sales comps or general photos, will not be included. AIReady does not see the 1004D addendum as a 'main form', so it does not allow attaching other addenda to it.
If you need to send anything in addition to the 1004D, you will need to use the standalone 1004D that has been included in the software for this purpose.
1. In Appraise-It, go to File ⇨ New and select the "Appraisal Update and/or Completion" report type.
2. If you do not have an existing report with addenda you need included here, skip to step 3. If you have an existing report file with data you need included here, import that report file. Note that the data on the 1004D will not be imported.
3. Fill out the 1004D main form and any other addenda you need included.
4. Upload this report file to AIReady as you would normally.
