How do I set up PhoenixMobile?

Before you can begin using the PhoenixMobile app, you will need to install it on your iPhone, iPod, or iPad.

1. On your iOS device, open the App Store and search for "phoenixmobile" (one word). Install the PhoenixMobile Appraiser app. If you have an iPhone or iPod, install the PhoenixCamera app as well.

2. Once the app has downloaded, tap the Phoenix icon to launch the app. When prompted, tap OK to allow the PhoenixMobile app to use your current location.
3. If you have not used PhoenixMobile before, tap Create New Account, then proceed to step 4. If you have an existing PhoenixMobile or Clearbox account, log in using those credentials.

4. Enter your user information in the form, then tap Create Account.

5. You will receive an email with the subject "Your PhoenixSync User Account". If you have access to your email on your iOS device, open the email on your device and tap Confirm; if you do not, tap Login in the PhoenixMobile app and enter your email address and the temporary password provided in the email.
6. The app will sync with your PhoenixSync account. If you confirmed your email address directly from your iOS device in step 4, you will be prompted to enter a new password. If you manually logged in to the PhoenixMobile app in step 4, tap Accounts, then tap your name under User Details, then tap Change Password; enter the temporary password from your email and your new password, then tap Save.

You can now start using the PhoenixMobile app to work on your reports in the field.
