Why can't I enter a 0 in my Net Adjustment (Total)?

If your Net Adjustment (Total) comes out even but a zero does not appear in the field, make sure you are on the latest version of Appraise-It. In Appraise-It 11.2.7 and above, the default formatting settings for this field has been adjusted to prevent this from occuring.

If you're already on the latest version of Appraise-It but you are still experiencing this issue, you are probably working in a report or custom skeleton that was created prior to updating, and therefore the old incorrect formatting is still being applied.

1. Right-click in the Net Adjustment (Total) field.
2. Go to FormatDisplay Zeros.
3. If this is a custom skeleton, repeat step 2 for all Net Adjustment (Total) fields in the report, then go to FileSave as skeleton to resave, then close. If this is a report, repeat step 2 for any other Net Adjustment (Total) fields in the report that came out to zero, then proceed to step 4.
4. Make a change in the adjustment column(s) directly above the affected Net Adjustment (Total) field(s).
5. Undo the change(s) you made in step 3. This will recalculate the adjustments and enter a 0 in the field.
