How do I change the font in my report?

There are several ways to change the font in your reports.

For An Individual Field

 Method 1
1. Right-click in the field, then select Format. Verify the Enable Local Font option is checked. If it is not checked, click Enable Local Font.
2. Right-click in the field again, then select Font. The Font Options dialog will open.
3. Make your selections and click OK. Your font settings will be applied to the active field.

Method 2
1. Click in the field, then go to FormatCell and verify the Enable Local Font option is checked. If it is not checked, click Enable Local Font.
2. Go to FormatFont. The Font Options dialog will open.
3. Make your selections and click OK. Your font settings will be applied to the active field.

For The Entire Report

 1. Go to FormatReportFont. The Font Options dialog will open.
2. Make your selections and click OK. Your font settings will be applied to the main form and all addenda. Note that this does not apply to the extended comments, Word Processing Pages, or any fields with the Enable Local Font option checked.
