How do I use the Appraise-It Market Analysis Service?

The Appraise-It Market Analysis Service will take raw data from your MLS software of choice and analyze it to automatically fill out your 1004MC addendum.

2. Once you've exported your MLS data, load the data into the Market Analysis Service.
