You can toggle between large text and small text.
1. Go to View ⇨ Large Fonts.
2. If there is a checkmark next to Response Bar, the large size is selected. Click Response Bar to switch to small icons.
3. If there isn't a checkmark next to Response Bar, the small size is selected. Click Response Bar to switch to large icons.
