An adjustment was inadvertently added to your report's calculations. This is caused when you accidentally enter a number into this popup window, which appears after using the dimension calculator to fill out the Dimension field:
To correct this, take the following steps.
1. With your report open in Appraise-It, go to Contents ⇨ Adjustments.
2. Under the Subject Property heading, clear the cell labeled "Land Value $".
3. Close the Adjustments page and return to the Opinion of Site Value. Enter the correct value.
Your Opinion of Site Value will now remain correct.
