Downloads
Software For Real Estate Professionals provides downloads for registered users only, however, anyone is welcome to download and install the products for evaluation purposes.
Only registered users can receive Technical Support.
Current Customers

If you subscribe to one of the Appraise-It Web Applications, then your Customer ID Number is the same as your username to those products.

Demo
Demos are free to download and install for evaluation purposes for as long as you wish, with the exceptions of Photograph-It Plus and Track-It Plus which have 45-day evaluation periods.
After evaluating the product, you may purchase the software by contacting our sales department at 1-800-523-0872 to be issued an approval code.
The products that make up The Appraise-It Software Suite are in demo mode by default. The only exceptions are Appraise-It Flood Maps, Appraise-It Street Maps, Appraise-It Marshall and Swift Estimator, and Appraise-It Fidelity Data which are subscription-based and have no demo available.
